The first exclusive EURO 2024 matches on MagentaTV have been confirmed

Already high demand for MagentaTV from advertising partners

The groups have been drawn, UEFA has finalised the EURO 2024 fixtures and the tension is mounting. Now is the time to act quickly if you want your brand to have a comprehensive presence at the biggest sporting event in Germany this decade. MagentaTV is the only channel showing all 51 EURO matches, including 5 exclusive games, live and in UHD quality. Demand is high. Eight advertising partners have already booked the programme for all 51 matches. Not without reason: The MagentaTV programme with exclusive premium areas and the "national team of sports coverage" offers the best Euro TV environment for your brand.

The EURO 2024 GROUPS

The opponents of the German team in Group A have been drawn: Scotland, Hungary and Switzerland. Attractive German encounters are therefore already guaranteed in the group stage. A whole series of exciting matches can also be expected in groups B-F.

Distribution of matches and kick-off times on German TV

With the group draw and the definition of the fixtures by UEFA, it is becoming clear how the matches at EURO 2024 will be distributed on German TV: Only MagentaTV will show all 51 EURO matches, 5 of them even exclusively. ARD/ZDF will broadcast 34 matches non-exclusively, RTL will show 12 matches non-exclusively (without German participation).

Advertising for around half of all EURO matches only possible on MagentaTV

Apart from the fact that the 5 exclusive matches can only be advertised on MagentaTV, around half of the 51 EURO matches cannot be advertised on public broadcasters ARD/ZDF if they take place after 8.00 pm or on Sundays. This means that you can only advertise your brand in this environment on MagentaTV. Advertising placements are only possible on MagentaTV for the following matches, among others:

·     Opening match Germany-Scotland
·     Decisive group match between Germany and Switzerland
·       5 MagentaTV exclusive matches
·       Semi-finals and final

MagentaTV has now announced its own exclusive matches for the first two group match days and the decider on match day 3 in German Group A. It has also been confirmed that all matches will be shown on ARD/ZDF at 21:00.
