The MagentaTV programme for EURO 2024 will reach 4.7 million households in the summer with a strong, affluent audience. As the official broadcaster, MagentaTV is the only provider to broadcast all 51 matches of the European Championships, including five exclusive games, and plans to reach a total of 37.2 million viewers across all distribution channels. This means an average of around 730,000 viewers per match. As an official sponsor, MagentaTV will also be present with the broadcast signal in front of an audience of millions on the fan miles.

Premium rights in the sports segment are a centrepiece and a matter close to MagentaTV's heart: around 10 million viewers for the 2023 summer fairytale, the Basketball World Cup, and 35.4 million enthusiastic viewers for the FIFA World Cup 2022. EURO 2024 will also be shown again on at least 3 channels in parallel: In addition to the main channel, also on a tactics and conference feed and a reaction stream for the younger target group. All this with a top on-air team for moderation, commentary, social media and competent experts in a continuous live programme of up to 14 hours in the highest UHD quality.

Only on MagentaTV is your brand also present in the evening and on Sundays

Around half of the 51 European Championship matches take place after 8.00 pm or on Sundays. This means that you can only communicate your brand in this environment on MagentaTV. We currently have a special EURO offer for classic spots with a first-pick guarantee for specific matches and specific advertising breaks available for you until 2 December, the day of the draw for the final round - and in exclusive areas with very limited advertising breaks.
